Victor Fernando R. Ocampo

Victor Fernando R. Ocampo is a Singapore–based Filipino writer. His fiction has appeared in Expanded Horizons, Lakeside Circus, The Philippines Free Press, Strange Horizons and the World SF Blog, as well as anthologies like Fish Eats Lion: New Singaporean Speculative Fiction, LONTAR: The Journal of Southeast Asian Speculative Fiction and Philippine Speculative Fiction (Volumes 6 and 9).
