Shipping policy

Free media mail shipping on all US domestic orders of $70 or greater.

We currently exclusively use the United States Postal Service. If you require a different mailing service, please contact us.

If your product is damaged during transit, we will replace it. Just send us a picture (so that we can complain to the USPS) of the damaged product.

All shipments are processed on the weekends except for those ordered with Priority Mail service.
