Rochita Loenen-Ruiz

Rochita Loenen-Ruiz is a Filipina writer currently residing in the Netherlands. In 2009, she attended the Clarion West Writer’s Workshop in Seattle and was the recipient of the Octavia Butler Scholarship. She has been published in a number of publications including Apex, Fantasy Magazine, Interzone, Weird Tales Magazine and Realms of Fantasy. She is working on a novel that derives inspiration from the culture of the mountains where she grew up.
