Manuia Heinrich Sue is a Mā‘ohi researcher with a PhD in Pacific Studies from Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand. She co-founded Apipit, a pitch event for Asian and Pacific Islander creators, and aspires to uplift underrepresented voices in publishing. When she’s not writing research papers, she pens stories rooted in her home island culture and mythology.
