The nomination period for the Hugo Awards for this year opened on January 1st. Anyone who has a Supporting or Attending membership in the previous, current, or following year’s Worldcon as of January 31 can nominate any eligible work or person. For LoneStarCon 3, this means members of Chicon 7 (the 2012 Worldcon), LoneStarCon 3 itself (the 2013 Worldcon), and Loncon 3 (the 2014 Worldcon). If you don’t plan on attending any of the the 2012-2014 Worldcons, you can still vote by purchasing a Supporting membership available here. Nominations are accepted via online ballot available here.
The nomination period for the Nebula Awards for this year opened on November 15th, 2012 and closes on February 15th. Nominations may be submitted via online ballot with the SFWA nomination form available here.
