Posted by on Mar 6, 2013 in Apex Publications Blog: Matters of SF, Fantasy, and Horror | 0 comments

DOUGLAS F. WARRICK is a writer of short stories, an enthusiastic gamer, an archeologist of gloriously bizarre cinema, an armchair scientist, a graphic design hobbyist, an accidental world-traveler, a reluctant occasional punk-rocker, and an unapologetic neurotic.  You can read his thoughts on all sorts of nonsense at www.douglasfwarrick.com. Douglas is the author of “I Inhale the City, the City Exhales Me.” Buy Dark Faith: Invocations from one of our retailers. Who are you? He currently works as a Systems Engineer and Operations Manager for a tech company. He made his first sale to a magazine at 15, which means he has been writing for over 40 years, with the aforementioned occasional breaks for gainful employment. His novel The Tears of Ishtar was nominated for several awards, as have been many of his short stories. He hopes someday to actually win one of them. He lives in the upper left-hand...
