In any situation where our customer receives their order and it is damaged or the order is wrong, we ask that you email Jason Sizemore (firstname.lastname@example.org) and request a replacement. We will be happy to do so at no additional cost to the customer. However, we will need the damaged or incorrect order returned and shipped to the address at the bottom of this page. Apex will reimburse you for any shipping costs.
If you wish to receive a refund for an order that is not damaged and the order is correct, we will provide a refund, but require a 15% surcharge against the total order cost. We also require the customer to pay for shipping to return the item back to Apex. Email Jason Sizemore (email@example.com) to arrange for a refund.
