Some of my favorites are:
Ebooks: Munsey's (http://www.munseys.com/) is both more up to date (relatively speaking) and better organized than Project Gutenburg, and they have more of an eye for pulp, sci-fi and horror.
Wowio (http://www.wowio.com/)is a great reading resource, despite their questionable standing business-wise. They have a good library function for registered users, and there's an option to (theoretically) kick some money back to the authors by purchasing a pdf download.
For purely s/f oriented material, look to Free Speculative Fiction Online (http://www.freesfonline.de/index.html); they've got a huge selection of good sci fi, including stuff from the big names, all neatly sorted by author.

Music: Dime a Dozen (http://www.dimeadozen.org/)is a site of mostly live, mostly legal, music torrents. None of their torrents are commercially available. They only support so many users, so there may be a wait before you get an invite.
Another good site is Legal Torrents (www.legaltorrents.com), where there's plenty of music, as well as other forms of media. Mostly Creative Commons licenced stuff.
When it comes to internet radio, I prefer Deezer (www.deezer.com); I like their selection and playlist functions more than Last.fm, and I can access the service in Canada, which I cannot do with Pandora.
For more of an international touch, try Jamendo (www.jamendo.com). It's a good spot to discover a lot of new, largely French, music of all genres.
