We’re pleased to announce the release of issue 50 of Apex Magazine. This month we have a novelette by Sarah Monette (a Kyle Murchinson Booth story, no less), a new short story by Rachel Swirsky, poetry from Catherynne M. Valente, and a fantastic reprint from Kelly Link. Sarah Kuhn talks about female role models in genre, and Maggie Slater interviews Kelly Link and Sarah Monette.
As though that isn’t enough, we also launched our podcast this month with “If You Were a Dinosaur, My Love” by Rachel Swirsky.
Apex Magazine is a monthly science fiction, fantasy, and horror magazine featuring original, mind-bending short fiction from many of the top pros of the field. New issues are released the first Tuesday of every month. You can read it at http://www.apex-magazine.com.
